Track number, on Multi-disc set

When I have a multi disc cd set, I Like to rename the track numbers and prepend that number to the filename to reflect which disc as a hundred plus the actual track number, so disc 3 track 1 get redone as '301' , and then I can play them in numerical order, when I do this BRU is displaying the track number '201' as '-55' and it displays '301' through '320' simply as '0', is this a setting for the display that I missed? I am using "mp3tag" to do the renumbering and it does properly display my number scheme.
