Hi all,

A bit late to the party, as per usual, but I'm just a computing Muppet!

I've only just started using Bulk Rename Utility, and can't understand why I didn't seek it out years ago! It's simple to use, quite intuitive and fairly forgiving!

I do have, if not gripes exactly, observations. I like music. A lot. and it annoys me to think that Winblows Explorer isn't case sensitive, which I suppose is why we're all here!

I sometimes like to 'sort' on things other than file names, but a limitation of BRU is that I can't use and sort on 'Title', 'Contributing Artist', or 'Album Artist'. I can only change one 'Custom' column to one of the aforementioned!

Is there any way that this will change in the future?

Thanks very much for the kind words about Bulk Rename Utility, and for taking the time to share your feedback and suggestions, it’s much appreciated.
We can certainly see how being able to display and sort by additional music metadata columns such as Title, Contributing Artist and Album Artist would be useful.
We have added this to our list of possible future enhancements for Bulk Rename Utility.
