Include geographic location

I realize you can add the GPS coordinates when available.
It would be nice to add the nearest geographic location, in words, to the filename.
The ExifTool can do that from an internal DB. There are external DBs that can supply too. The ExifTool also provides a Perl library.
I suggest, in decreasing specificity, Feature, City, Province, Country as place names.
