rename some files

Hi,
I am new to BRU.
I have a long list of files in different maps. Some filenames end with " .1 "( used to be a copy).
How can i remove the end ( .1) of these filenames?
I tried a lot but i could not fix it.

Replace: .1
With:


If that not helps, provide us a few real file names as example.

Thanks for your answer.
That works only when i select the file within a map. The problem is that it are a lot of maps in which some files end with .1.
It is to much work to open each map and select the files.
I would like the program to find the files ending .1 within al the maps
