This looks to be rectified (basically).
You no longer crash regardless of how you attempt to access ("affected") files.
(You still cannot select the file, "The parameter is incorrect", but other then that, no longer looks to be issues.)
Oh, let's qualify that a bit...
You can select affected files, though you cannot perform operations on them.
If you select affected files, that also may also affect operations (or not) on other ("good") selected files.
So say you have a directory of 100 files, & 1 of them is "bad" (affected).
If you select 10 "good" files, & set up an operation on them, that's fine.
If you select 10 "good" files, the hit Ctrl+A - to select all 100 files, including that 1 bad file, then your select operation will take effect on the 10 files that happened to be selected prior to the Ctrl+A, but none of the others.
IOW, what you want to do, is to select the 99 good files - excluding that 1 bad file, then whatever operations you look to do will apply to all the 99 files.
