Add support for renaming files >256 char file path limit

Windows 11 has a default maximum file path length of 256 characters. If I try to rename any files and the rename puts them over the 256 file path length the files can be renamed and I get the attached error.

With a simple registry change in W11 you can view file paths that are longer than 256 characters and many 3rd party apps can edit, rename, etc the files falling over this limit.

Since BRN purpose is to rename, this would be core functionality to add.

I use 2 programs regularly which can rename files in this situation, maybe these can asssit?

Hi, the problem is that Bulk Rename Utility uses some Windows File Explorer functions and Windows File Explorer does not support path > 260 chars yet...

Our other products, such as ViceVersa PRO, do support long paths, but for Bulk Rename Utility it will be more complicated due to Windows File Explorer not supporting paths > 260 chars yet.
