Multiple Editor lists: add top and bottom buttons

There is currently an up and down arrow to go up or down by one row. Could you add two more buttons - one to move the item to the top (double up arrow) of the list and one to move it to the bottom (double down arrow)?

Also, for the up and down arrows, scroll up or down with each press of the button. At the moment, it goes off screen and you have to manually scroll up or down to find it in the list again.
