On Windows 7, Help > Contents does nothing. Likewise Index and Search.

Other Help menu commands do work.

Workaround: In Explorer, launch All\Bulk Rename Utility.chm

Cause found.

NoInstall-Readme.txt says

2) Extract all the files from the "All" folder to the SAME folder (optional)

but should NOT say optional.

Likewise taking this bogus option breaks Javascript Renaming, causing "cannot open js/sugar.js".

Hi, thanks, we have now changed BRU to not include the JS libraries, unless explicitly specified by the user, as they can slow down the JS routines.
The help file are optional meaning that if one does not want the help file, it is not needed to run BRU.

Fine, except there's no place for the user do that in the install instructions. Perhaps add this explanation?

Fine, except that info is missing from the install instructions. Perhaps add it?
