Name -> Reformat Date not working as advertised (%a)

I have version 4.0.1.0 and file names that look like:

Tue,_08_05_25.pdf
Mon,_08_04_25.pdf

I want to rename them so they are:

2025-08-05_Sun-Sentinel.pdf
2025-08-04_Sun-Sentinel.pdf

the help text for Name-> Reformat Date seems to indicate I can do what I need to: https://app.screencast.com/CvpCyJyMXCugK (see highlighted portion)

however, as you can see, it didn't seem to have any effect.

Thankfully, I used the new Javascript and Regex Assistant and just gave an example: Change file name from this Tue,_08_05_25.pdf to this 2025-08-25_.pdf and it nailed it on the very first try! I'm impressed and happy

I believe its probably just a typo in the manual??
With custom now-date>new-date formats, the now-date should always use %A instead of %a.
Then the now-date format will match either the fully spelled weekday, or its abbreviation.
But the new-date format can use either one.

Hi, I looked into this further and there is an issue in "Reformat Date", where the %a (small) is not correctly recognized, only the %A is recognized. All other flags are fine.
This will be fixed in the next update. Thank you for reporting this!
