Refused access to Rename Assistant

The AI assistant is often useful.
However, I entered a request, then confirmed that I am not a robot. Which was refused.
I am pretty sure that I am still sentient.
How can I convince AI of this? Or perhaps the AI will talk only to others of its species.

Try clear all cookies in the browser

I cleared the cookies (Firefox)
After closing down BRU, the webpage then reopening, the Assistant complied.
