I could not get the Assistant to address this issue.

The problem with the Rename assistant is that the window has a short lifetime, considerably shorter than the time (typically 9 to 17 hours) to run the suggested script. So when this fails, it is difficult to resurect the dialog to the step just before running it.
Please pass the suggestion that the Rename assistant is kept active for longer than the ?5 hours at present for complex problems.

No. Your response relates to the operation of the script in the cmd shell on my computer, which actually never stops except on error.
My request is about delaying the closing down of the Rename assistant windows in my browser (Firefox).
Please pass this up to the manager of this tool.

Hi, the rename assistant and the BRU software are two separate tools: the assistant usually answers questions within a minute, while BRU can run a rename operation for a lot longer.
