BRU 2.7.1.2 x64

I have noticed that when using BRU 2.7.1.2 x64 that it is not ignoring the file extension regardless of how I have the option set.

Also, colouring of the new file name is not happening either.

I also have a feature request. I would like to have the ability to remove x number of characters counting back from the end of the filename or extension.

EG: Remove the last 6 characters excluding the extension
Areallylongfilename.avi
Aslightlylongerfilename.avi

Result:
Areallylongfi.avi
Aslightlylongerfi.avi

Any help welcome.

The program already has the ability to remove the tail end of the filename and leave the extension intact as you request.
Use
Remove(5) section
and put 6 in the Last n check box

Bitmonger, I've been using BRU for a loooong time and I never even saw that option, or if I did I didn't realise what it was for ... Doh!

Also, now BRU IS ignoring extensions, go figure ... now if I could just solve the colour problem
