Fonts not big enough

I pick the largest font available (72) and bold, and the print is so tiny I can hardly read it. The default of 16 would require a microscope to read. I use the Windows preview print in Winxp.

Also need a position that is a little further from the edge. When I print 4x6 border-less prints, the printer crops the edges just enough to lose the date. I know this part should be in "suggestions", so I will repost it.
