If you are writing to raise an issue/question about using Bulk Rename Utility then please upgrade to the latest version before getting in touch. Only the latest version can be supported - and anyway, the chances are that your issue is already resolved in the latest version.

If you are reporting that the "Data Taken" information does not show then please read the manual! You need to tick the Extract EXIF Data" menu option! If I had $1 for every time I was asked about this....
